What statistics does it offer for my practice?
At a glance you see total appointments, delivered and cancelled, distinct patients seen, the average length, the average ticket and the income for the period. All with a monthly and annual view and trend charts.
Can I see gross and net income?
Yes. It distinguishes the gross amount from the net. In a solo practice they usually match; in a practice, the net is what the therapist keeps after commission, and the difference is what the practice takes in.
Does it compare with previous periods?
Yes. In the annual view you compare the current year with the previous one, to see whether your practice is growing, holding steady or declining, and in which months.
Can I download a PDF report?
Yes. You generate a PDF report for the period, handy for reviewing your activity, keeping it, or handing it to your accountant without copying figures by hand.
Where does the income shown come from?
From your real activity in the schedule: the sessions delivered and the session packs, with their payment method. Keep your schedule up to date and the statistics compute on their own.
